Komma Tea - The Shoppes at River Crossing — Restaurant in Macon

Walk in was NOT Greeted. Then stood at the register until we said something the (w) lady took my daughter and I order and walk off and start messing with the ICE MACHINE AS IF WE NEVER ORDERED THEN THE OTHER (w) lady walk over look at us start doing something with the register while the lady that took our order STILL MESSING WITH THE ICE MACHINE! I ask the lady that’s standing at the register “do you know how long it will be before we get the drinks we ordered five mins ago she looks at the other girl that playing in the ice machine and they both mumbling then the girl that took our our order starts back making our drink when finished she sat them on the counter and walk off to the white lady that had just walk in . As we walk out and have a sit outside the same lady came outside to meet man and lady with a dog I guess that’s why our service and order was NON CUSTOMER SERVICE she had other things to do …. With all the milk tea places this one We WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN and the drink wasn’t even good! I should’ve gotten my money back we were shopping for my daughter school items so I wasn’t going to waste any more valuable time in this place! I wish I can post the pic I have of this service...

Amazing staff and wonderful tea. One issue is with the management. You had no air conditioning today and made your employees work in the hot temperature. They could get sick or hurt. You would not allow them to open the doors for air, because of "food safety"... Why did you not care about the safety of your employees? A family came in with their baby and left because they couldn't keep the baby in the heat. The staff was so incredibly even though they were sweating and could barely breath in the heat.
