Went in today, 3 people working, but only one upfront helping customers and she was busy taking a cake order for someone. No one greeted us. Wanted five minutes the other 2 girls never said hello or offered to take our order. They were avoiding making eye contact. Girl up front finished with the cake order and then waited on the customers that came in 5 mins after us first. I finally asked one of the other girls in the back if anyone else was going to come up and help customers at which point they all had an attitude towards us. I also pointed out that they were not helping customers in the order they came in the store. I ran a retail store for 13 years and this kind of service will kill your business quick. Will not be back anytime soon. This happens because the management allows it. If staff acted this way in my store,...

absolutely awful service today! we walked in around 6. waited in line and then was looked over twice! we stood at the front of the counter and the worker asked “who’s next?” and waved for the people BEHIND us to come up. when my husband spoke up to tell her we were next, she continued to avoid us. so I told her we were next and she was rude the entire time she helped us. i have no idea what we did to be treated that way. we waited our turn and everything! we didnt leave til around 6:40!!! i just wanted to get my baby ONE cookie and she loves this place. we go to this location a lot and have never been...

I spoke and dealt with Janaye at this location and she was such a delight. Very friendly and sweet and just happy to be at work which is a big deal now a days. People just don’t seem as happy and happy to be at work but Janaye said she loves her job and you could tell in her actions and words and to me that helps make an experience even better. Cookie cakes are ALWAYS good but having a person with a happy go lucky glad to be at work attitude makes me want to come back to this location each time I need a cookie cake done.
