i am a nail tech in training. i’ve learned to do nails through youtube videos and other things but i’m waiting until i graduate high school to go to nail tech school. i was so excited because i though i found a store that i could get good products for an inexpensive price because i can’t find any stores near me. i drove 2 and a half hours to get to this store thinking that i didn’t need a license to just purchase nail polish. it’s nail polish, you can get it anywhere. but when i went to check out they said i needed a license. nowhere online does it say this so not only did i waist my time i also waisted money driving out there. the staff was rude when i was asking questions and the one lady completely ignored me. just know if you want to go here you need to be licensed, even for...

I had just heard about Lucky 9 and decided to stop by yesterday. It was a bit out of the way but I am so glad I went. I appreciate that they only sell to licensed PROFESSIONALS and not the general public. I cannot even explain how many home botch jobs I fix on a weekly basis. Anyway, I walked in opened an account and the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful. Se asked what texture I was looking for in acrylic powder and they pointed me to the products that would best suit my needs. The variety is amazing and no one follows you around like they do elsewhere, they simply let you wander and check stuff out. Prices are what you would expect, maybe slightly lower. I do not recommend them. It’s a slap in the face when you travel all the way to a location shopping for products for 20+ minutes and getting in line with your money out just to get turned down not to buy any products as a graduating student. Not to mention, My ID was with me. It might look good because of the products in display but they don’t really appreciate your service.
