My boyfriend and I take our dog, Eleven, here pretty often.
There is plenty of room for dogs to run around. Even around peak hours (between 5:30 and dark) when the parking lot is full, it doesn't feel cramped. There is a water spicket, plenty of bowls, lots of balls, and abundant running room.
The entrance is monitored to make sure you pay for a parking ticket or have the annual pass. There is a separate run for smaller dogs, and any issues with the park seem to be solved fairly quickly. I think it took them 2 days to fix the water spicket (most people bring water jugs anyway, so it wasn't much of an issue regardless).

Lots of room for your dog to roam freely and usually lots of other dogs there to. Not lots of grass left, but enough. They do also have poop bags and trash cans available to assist with clean up...
