Chilly weather deserves an awesome bowl of Phó! Sadly this place did not fully meet the expectations. Broth was a lil flat(not beefy enough with that delicate flavour), the beef was overcooked, too fatty and the tendon was tough. Not very many sprouts given and even had to ask for Limes!(blasphemy serving no limes on the side!) The wait staff was not very organized, she packed up our second dish as to go but we asked it served after our Phó. Second dish Thai Pak Prik was ok, no fish sauce was even used and the shrimp friend rice only had two shrimps cut in half, for $8.00 that is a rip off! Sadly I'll still do the trek to Windsor for my Phó!

Overall, good portions for a good price. Offers a variety of thai food, but from what I ate, I think their viet food tastes better. - Pho broth is a tad bit on the sweeter side, but still good. Got the extra large and it had good portions of meat and noodles. The sliced meat was more thicker than the usual. - Summer rolls were okay. Noodles overcooked. - Pad Thai had an unnatural bright yellow color, but still tasted good. It was very saucey and sweet. Wish there were more veggies… - The papaya salad was definitely more pungent than the traditional Thai papaya salad. I got mild but it was still so spicy and had a lot of Thai peppers.

I went to this restaurant with my dad. He and my brother had been before and said the food was good. When we got there, they sat us in front of a TV, and we ordered our food. Then, we asked the waitress if she could change the station so we could watch a game, and she replied, "Yes". After a few minutes, we noticed the TV was on the same station, so we again asked her to change the station. Then, as she looked for the remote, an older lady who appeared to be the manager asked her "why do you need the remote? We aren't changing the station." We felt it was rude, so decided to leave. A few weeks later, we figured we'd give the restaurant another try. Our waitress came and took our order, and then said, "And I'm going to have to charge you extra for last time when you walked out. I remember you guys." It was the same lady who was rude the time before, and she claimed we had finished our drinks before we left the previous time, which was not true. Again, we decided it was best to leave. As we were getting up, another lady approached her, and our waitress started yelling in another language. It was very rude, but rather than causing a scene, we just left. If the service is not good, the customer has a right to walk out, even if they disagree. We had not yet received our food. Their food might be good, but the service is definitely terrible. Little Saigon, right down the street, has delicious food and excellent service. We'll gladly take our...

Even though I am Hmong, I will leave an unbiased review. I get to restaurant and wasn't greeted nor seated. There were no hosts so after i stood around for a few minutes I seated myself. They could use a sign for the non-regulars. I immediately looked over the Pho selection. Its the normal selection I find every where else which is great for variety. I ordered the number 28 (everything but the meatballs and brisket). It was a disappointing bowl as there were no herbs in the bowl and the broth didn't taste like it had any herbs. The garnish that was served couldn't improve the quality. The broth tasted like old meat. Speaking of meat, I couldn't chew into the rubbery eye round steak. Needless to say, I didn't finish my bowl. I didn't see larb on the menu. I saw papaya salad on the menu and gave it a go. It wasn't anything like I had imagined. It was another disappointment. Being that I am from out of state, I asked the waitress where I could find the Hmong community and she just gave me the "I don't know" shrug. I asked if she was Hmong and she said yes and then walked away. Disappointing to say the least. I'll be here for work the entire month and do not plan to return to...
