Wise Guys Haircuts — Local services in Madison Heights

This is a great place to get a beard trim or a haircut they really do a great job and the hair cutters are great.... However ive had 2 seperate encounters with their receptionist... up front she seems nice total personna and could care less about you or your time... i wont go back until shes gone Most guys married or not work for a living when you get your hair cut its great to have some leisure and enjoy it But time is important I walked in today did not have an appointment one of my fav people there asia was sitting at the desk She said im booked till 3.30 i said darn should i go somewhere else she said no way talk to the receptionist and see if she can hook u up I said ok Talked to her she said in 10 minutes ill get u in 40 minutes go by .... lunch is over.... hair is not cut beard is not trimmed No more time rest of the week... Bottom line receptionist killed my experience here i cant go back until they can get a receptionist who knows the difference between an hour and 10 minutes ..... AHHH now where do i go the michigan college of beauty....

My boyfriend needed a haircut and I looked up this place and saw the great reviews and decided to send him there. (Although ladies if you send your boyfriend here keep in mind it is an all-female good-looking staff). He used to come home after a haircut with a buzzed head every time. Wise Guys was great because they actually gave him a HAIR CUT. I don't know who cut his hair, but she did a great job and styled it nicely and showed him how to style it himself. He got his eyebrows trimmed for free and he said he loved the atmosphere. Came in, sat down on a comfy couch, and watched sports on a big screen TV while he waited (and did not wait for long). The only way it could have been more perfect - he said - was if they brought him...

Went in for a birthday present to myself. The hair cut is what I wanted. The color however is so not what I asked for at all. The blending of my hair wasn’t done good at all. The color of my hair is platinum orange/blond when it’s supposed to be silver. Called and spoke to Jennifer and management. They are still yet to reimburse me for this. I have called and left messages for them and still nothing. All I want is my money back if I don’t hear something soon I’m going to get my attorney involved. This is not how you run a business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was also overcharged in my opinion 120 bucks for what was done...
