I went into the store on Tuesday and purchased some classic pre-rolls 10 for $30 Jamil was really helpful on which one to choose. He said Saturday we will have our big sale so everything will be 33 percent off and we open at 9 there will be food etc I said okay I will be there. I arrived on Saturday around 12 ish they were not busy and there was not a single person on the floor to help but it was okay because I already knew what I wanted so I grabbed the classic pre-roll list and headed to the cashier which was so impatient and not helpful at all. So I continued to purchase I explained to them that I wanted 40 of the classic prerolls 30 motor breath 5 cherry 5ddg he said okay he for some reason rang me up for 8th and he said my mistake you wanted prerolls? I said yes here is the list. So when he gave me my total he said I was at $200 something I was like wait how many did you ring me up for he said 40 preroll I told him it did not add up did you add the discount ?he said no let me add it so then my total was 163 with tax which still was not adding up he said those were the taxes he said you can step out of line and think about it. I said I have to work in a few so when I looked at my receipt he charged me $50 for 10 prerolls and I wanted 40 and discounted that. I literally got robbed when I should have left only paying $100 instead of almost $200. The manager Tim was so rude and disgusting and refused to listen to my story which really hurt because there was no looking into the system or even trying to figure it out. He said thank you for letting me know we have to remove the flyer with the classic preroll price and walked away. I came back maybe 3 minutes later to have someone else look at my receipt and they said I was overcharged let me get the manager Tim refused to come speak with me again. I just couldn't leave I just got robbed by the dispo.I saw the preroll sign again snapped a picture and sent it to corporate along with my receipts. I hope they don't take advantage of someone else like they did me my total before tax should have been $120 then add the 30 percent off because there was no 33 percent off like was mentioned on Tuesday. Sir, how was my total $200 for 40 prerolls...

Frankie is always super sweet and helpful too!!! Frankie has helped me multiple times at the counter and always says hello when I first arrive. That means a lot, so I know someone knows I'm waiting for assistance.
Every time I stop in, I have a great experience and I usually learn something new.

Once inside I was immediately acknowledged and asked if I needed help, I said yes please, I mentioned that I tried to place an online order but I didn't think it went through, the young lady asked my name and informed me that it did in fact went through. She read back what I ordered and it was correct, she then asked was this my first time of which it was, she then asked if I would like a free edible or a free per-roll of which I chose the latter.
