UPDATE: around a week after this review I was contacted by the store manager to help resolve the issue and apologized for the rude customer service I experienced. She offered a gift card for the troubles, which I accepted but was not necessary at all. I have been back since and the same person still works there from what I had seen, but pleasant interaction the last 2 times being here. Would return again. Thank you for the prompt response!
Harbor Freight strikes again. Low prices, low quality parts, even lower expectations and the even less present customer service. From a manager nonetheless. While following Covid-19 rules in social distancing, the way it is presented is not structured at all. While waiting in line, the pink haired supervisor, Alexis walked over to another register and yelled "Next person over here", but then yelled, "there's only 1 line". Understandable yet confusing to some. So only 1 person at the register. So when the person in front of me was next, he walked over and just stared at me. Then said "are you just going to fricken (not the word used) stand there or walk over?" The attitude alone nearly made me just leave my cart and walk out. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but as a business, this is not how you act. At all. As a membership, I don't think I'll renew. As a supervisor, she should know better, but also this review will fall on deaf ears. And she'll defend herself to a store manager and down play it and nothing will come of it. No lesson will be learned. Just because you are a supervisor, doesn't mean you can get away with talking to someone like she did and have a nasty attitude towards every customer. Even the guy the checked out behind me, she was disrespectful to. Will I shop here again? Nope. Will that matter to the store? Nope. Does it matter to Harbor Freight? Still nope. I really am getting old and apparently a new debit card because the bank immediately canceled mine lmfao. I'm sorry Harbor freight, I still love you... I never really stopped... call me.

"I was delighted to see that after years and years of purchases I was chosen to take part in a survey which would result in a free power washer (mine just died when my nephew used it without the water on) Thank you for wasting my time and swindling your way to my credit card information with a misleading email that explicitly said the credit card was for shipping charges only. I just spent 10 dollars to be part of a now recurring monthly fee that was not disclosed until AFTER my credit card information was entered. It seems like a blatant fraud to me but that is something for the BBB to decide. I'll tell them to holla.
Shopping at Harbor freight will be a little tougher now with every chance I get letting everyone I know at work (the worlds largest robot manufacturer that buys your tool boxes consistently for employees on our shop floors, weird flex I know but, we buy hundreds), that Harbor Freight is another company using predatory adds. My co-management will ask why? and I will let them know about my new found distaste for Harbor freight and its misleading, fraudulent emails, that "I just wouldn't use them anymore". I'm sure HF money off the old, and the gullible like me, but in the long run everything comes out in the wash. Bad harbor freight, bad.

Second,and last time they have to deal with me. 2 people at the counter, I walk up and a white gentleman walks up at the same time. The gentleman was about to tell me to go first, but the lady at the counter yelled, "Sir, I can help you!" He went ahead of me. As I waited, the 2nd guy behind the counter never asked if he could help me. He tried not to make any eye contact with me. As the 2 employees waited on the one gentleman, I patiently waited. The 2nd sales associate then just walks away. Never acknowledging me. By this time another gentleman (white) customer approach to be waited on. The lady sales associate calls the other associate to come back and help her with a return sale. The guy comes back and begins to take over. What do you think she did? Surprise, surprise! She yelled to the white gentleman waiting, " Sir, I can help you." The gentleman had to tell her that I was waiting first. She looked at me with a stupid look on her face and said that she forgot it was there. Sure you did. It's always at this location for me. If you guys don't like black people spending money in your business, be brave and put up a sign saying so. I guarantee that you would not have to deal us anymore.
