Columbus Candle Supply — Local services in Madison Township

This place is awesome. It's still in its infancy, so they're somewhat short on physical inventory, but if there's something you need, or want carried, they will try their hardest to get it in for you. They also carry WAX, unlike some candle supply shops...that are located in Pataskala...and that suck really bad.

Anyway, their fragrance oils are absolutely fantastic, and also very affordable, especially since it saves me on shipping costs from other suppliers. I also like that they have a nice, polished website that is actually updated, unlike some other local candle supply shops (see end of paragraph one).

Long story short, they've still got a little ways to go, but what they may lack in inventory, they more than make up for in customer service. And the inventory is coming along, as every time I go in, they have some cool new stuff. If you're making candles, or interested in starting, you've got to check...

I recently visited CCS on Friday afternoon. I’m leaving a review because I’m one of those that reads them. (I do understand that some reviews can be based on OFF days) I must say my experience was FANTASTIC!! I had tons of questions, smelled all the oils twice. Being new to candle making I was confused on the wicks he was so helpful and nice to me. I bought the ones I thought were right he GIFTED me the ones he recommended me to try! I made my candles used both wicks with the same oil’ wax’ mix’ my choice is horrible and barely burning. The wicks he gifted me are AMAZING!! The flame is beautiful with an even melt! I should have listened to the man that sells candle supplies LOL I bought two different oils that I’m very pleased with the cold/hot throw is perfect! This is a place that makes you feel like you are at home. You walk through those doors and are immediately greeted with a smile, and maybe even a hug if you’re having a hard day! I could not be more thankful for this company and the support they have shown and given to me. The family atmosphere is really what drew me in. I will never forget the first time I stopped at Columbus Candle Supply Co. my son who can sometimes have the silly’s was with me, and we were immediately greeted with a kind hello and a friendly smile, and as soon as it was noticed that my little was getting the silly’s they jumped into action, brought him out some toys to play with, played with him with said toys and even let him take one home!
