Although we love Panda Express food, unfortunately we can no longer support this location, which is only a mile from our house, with our money. This location opened in November 2020. Despite several visits where we got hard chow mein or small portions, and them being out of their main menu items like rice and chicken, and them not including a whole meal in our bag, yesterday was the final straw. We contributed all that to them being new in the middle of a pandemic. I get it.
We stopped and got a 2 plate entree, chow mein with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and a bowl with orange chicken with chow mein and an egg roll. Total bill was $17.05
Brought the food home and the orange chicken in the 2-plate entree had an inedible piece of breaded "meat" about 3 inches long, hard and darker than regular chicken. I WISH I had taken a picture. Anyway, my daughter ate one piece of shrimp, one piece of chicken and some of her noodles. She couldn't bring herself to eat the rest of the orange chicken and was just going to move on to her egg roll. Until she opened the bag and it was dark brown, way overcooked, like it sat in old grease too long. So I decided we needed to take it back and just get a refund. I was tired fof the poor food quality. But this wasn't the worst part.
I get to the restaurant and I had to explain to 3 people why I came back before the manager came out. The second person offered to remake it, I said no, I don't want anymore food from there. I just wanted a refund for the 2 plate entree and the egg roll. Instead of just processing the return, the rude manager proceeded to say it's orange chicken, so it "sticks together". I told him, this is not the first time I've had orange chicken from Panda Express, I know what it's supposed to look like. My kids love their orange chicken, so for her to not eat it says something. It is the first time I had to return a meal. Then he said the meal was "half eaten", which was certainly not the case. She maybe just the noodles but not the meat. Maybe they shorted her on meat when they made it, I don't know. Again, wish I had taken a picture.
I'm not sure why you wouldn't just apologize and process the return instead of trying to justify bad product. On top of all that, it took him nearly 10 minutes to fill out a FORM for a partial return. So this location is off my list of options for continuous problems with orders and rude management. Hopefully, if they turn things around, we can put it back on the list.

Read moreThis place used to be one of my favorites but the portion size is going downhill The Taste has gotten even worse but my issue is I placed an order through the app I pulled into the drive-thru and told them that I had put in a mobile order gave him my name and I was told I had to come in and get the food because they were not going to do mobile orders through the drive-thru I keep in mind I have two cars in front of me any car behind me I just already sitting at the speaker for about 5 minutes before they decided they wanted to answer and talk to me in about another 10 minutes after I talk to him before I could even leave the drive-thru so then it was to say I paid for my order through the mobile app gave them a heads up that there was an order coming in and a customer coming to get it versus just going to the drive-thru not telling them or giving him a heads up that someone's coming but yet they can make their orders but they can't make a mobile order come on y'all joke I will never ever ever again eat Panda Express and not only did I not get my food I didn't get my money back I contacted Panda Express and put into complaint I got the complaint number but now they won't contact me I try to email him back and now the email won't go through so I contacted the bank now the banks working on it and if I have to I'll keep going just to make this complaint go further and further because that was very rude and disrespectful and if you're not going to take mobile orders then don't even offer that option.
I called to speak with the manager in the manager says that you're a liar they never said they wouldn't make your food but they said you could come in if you want to and they would make your food versus you happen to sit in the drive through and wait does anybody know that when you drive into a drive-through you typically cannot leave but only One Direction which is forward and you can't do that when there's cars blocking you so why couldn't you made my food oh now you're saying that you gave me the option no you told me I had to come in and that you would not make it so I left with no money no food and now you trying to make excuses no ain't happening yo y'all want to eat there y'all want to trust them go right ahead but I'm telling you what no don't place them over order and go to the drive-thru especially in the around 7 and 8 pm at night because they don't like to make your order unless you come inside or you just drive up and...
Read moreParking lot is horrendous... that partnered with drivers that have an IQ of a baby baby carrot leads to long wait times no matter what you do. Waited 10 mins to even get to the 10 empty parking spots because the orange chicken zombies were sitting pretty much anywhere there was concrete with no real strategy. Once they figured out the drive thru line was supposed to be an actual line things got better. Anyways got into the parking spot finally. Got in and ordered. Stood near the register for about 8 mins for someone to realize we existed. Gentleman finally helped us and were regrettably off to the parking lot battlegrounds again. Went to pull out of the parking spot and of course baby carrot IQs were still around and pull straight back to the curb and sit there. Stopping anyone from leaving the parking spaces, drive through or coming off the main road. After a few long minutes baby carrot finally realized he had single handedly stopped panda flow. He pull straight forward back into his spot and every one proceeded to leave or enter the drive through. I finally got out with minor bodily damage and some orange chicken. TL;DR the parking lot design is clearly way to complicated for the average person. Def don't enter the labyrinth if you see more than 8 cars in there. Just come back a different day and hope the zombies aren't still there. The only reason this has 3 stars and not one is because orange chicken itself is...
