Waterloo Crossing — Local services in Madison Township

Went there for Bdubs and the service is very good. The food on the other hand is something I just can not figure out

You know if your waiting a long time for your food something is very wrong. I've waited thinking are they going to another BDubs to get my order?

What I'm I ordering that they're having trouble with. Traditional chicken wings. You would think that's in there wheelhouse. NOT

This is not a one time thing I've only moved back too Columbus 2 years ago and this is the closest BDubs to my house and buy far the worst one I've ever been in.

The last time I ate there long wait for cold food. Manager came out and told men how sorry her was. I told him just how sorry I was for being so stupid for coming back after all of the bad experiences at the store. I came to Walmart🏪 to the pharmacy, I hadn't used their pharmacy in 18 plus years. The customer service was awesome, first they couldn't decipher how to use my insurance information, but with the pharmacist & customer service representative it worked out. They were so nice, first I had left my wallet in the car & the lady told me to get & she waited on me(kudos to her), I had another serious event to be @ so I wanted to make sure they had enough time which they had an hour to get it ready. So I went did a little 🛒, when I came back it still wasn't ready, but the technician grab mines & brought it to me. She was so professional, so sweet & nice she apologized to me, I said it's fine I appreciate all your help. I changed from the Walgreens on Livingston Ave & James to the one on Waterloo shortly after the Covid epidemic began simply because I didn't drive the same route any more. I have regretted the decision ever since. I constantly have difficulty with the ever-changing technicians. I have 10 years experience at being a pharmacy tech, so I know it's not always an easy job, but it has been a whole year without anything getting better. I have loyalty to Walgreens because I used to work for them, but I'm considering switching completely to a home-delivery service, and saving myself a lot of headaches.
