Subway — Restaurant in Madison Township

I love Subway. I stopped going to this one because of reasons I will not name. Heard they got a whole new crew in so I thought I would give it another try. Definitely better. And day shift is awesome. However your closing crew leaves alot to be desired. The last 2 nights I have tried to get something to eat before work.People there wanting to order but no one to take care of you. Just left the place unattended. No food to eat and if someone was not a good person you could have lost a lot more than customers. Definitely need to work on the closing shift. Tried it again tonight. Different person working. If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. First, the employee that helped us had her long hair swinging all over the meats and veggies. Second, the filth on the counter and the knives was horrendous. Third, the damn woman stuffed her whole hand in my sub to fold it. Fourth, my boyfriend got sick the next day. I know, I know, why did we still eat the sandwiches? Well I checked it for hair, she did change her gloves and also made the sandwiches on clean paper. I will never return to this store. In fact, my boyfriend sat on hold with corporate for over 20 minutes and was then hung up on before talking to anyone. STAY AWAY...

I ordered my food online on the subway app but went to go pick it up at this location and it was closed. I still can not get a hold of anyone at this location. I don’t have my money back or a credit. I can’t get a hold of anyone at subway corporate office either. I’ve sent out 3 emails to the customer service and no response. I am highly upset.
