Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Madison Township

When it's good, it's my favorite, but unfortunately the food quality at this location is hit and miss. I don't even order my favorite menu item here, the cheesy bread sticks, because 90% of the time there is not much cheese on them and it is baked to long so the cheese is hard and crunchy - every other pizza hut I order these from has a nice layer of gooey cheese, so I always order them when I'm at any other location. The regular bread sticks are always good here though, so I recommend getting those instead. For the most part the pan pizza is always great here. I have never had an issue and it is my favorite. I also have no complaints about any of the other sides I've gotten here. The stuffed crust is fairly inconsistent here. Sometimes it's made well and other times, not so much... Once there were huge globs of the mozzarella from the crust on each of the two pizzas I ordered which cause it to not bake properly in those places and made the pizza inedible, also there are times when the crust is not seasoned the way I order it. But I still always order one for my son and husband as it is their favorite and just hope it comes out well. I have always loved pizza hut but in the 6 years I've lived in this area I have noticed repeat quality control issues at this location. The staff has always been friendly and I like everyone I've spoken to there. Usually my pizza is ready on time, but I live pretty far away so I'm rarely there within the quoted time. We were going for pizza 1/24/15 after a basketball game, we couldn't get through on the phone. we drove there and they were slammed! There was at least 6 people in line. The young woman was pushing the pizza's out fast. then it came to a short white woman. She wanted to know Where were her pizza and why was it taking so long! She was talking Very loud and nasty About the same time her pizzas were done. The young woman was very apologetic and professional. Then we heard she had only had to wait a little less than ten minutes and had an order of about 16 pizzas. The woman kept on tell the young cashier how put out she was and that she would Never be back and how she just blew the only chance she would get to get her business & would be calling the management "This is even after they knocked $5 dollars off for her trouble ,The other customers and myself were in shock the way this woman spoke down to the very kind young woman, I feel really bad for anyone who has to make a pizza or anything for this ungrateful rude person. It was so hard not to say something, to let her know what a __ she was. I don't know how. the young woman held her tongue ..... But she did! she handled the situation vet professional and with grace. We are very disappointed with our service. For the last few times when we placed orders it has always been an issue. Doesn’t matter if we deliver or pickup. The final straw was yesterday we placed an order online through the app it said it would be done in 25 mins and we knew it would take a little while with it being a Friday night. We got there at 8:30 and was told our order was ready however when we got there they were so backed up and behind. Peoples orders were getting mixed up, they were counting the drawer so another employee could clock out. Finally after waiting for over 45 mins we asked where was our order. They could locate one pizza but not the other. They didn’t even make it. When I asked why and how this happened the lady just said she didn’t know. That was it. So we waited over an hour for our order while the one who was making the pizza was in the bald dancing and singing. All they had to offer us was free breadsticks. This was the final straw. We will not be back at this location for a long time if at all. Yesterday was horrible. They had 2 people cooking and 2 at one point in the front and it was all over the place.
