Horrible, just horrible. Went in for bleach and purple shampoo. I explained what I was trying to do to an associate named Jasmine and asked for a purple shampoo. She told me they have several and handed me one after showing me exactly one. I asked of the ones you have is this the most aggressive as it will be used as somewhat of a toner before color application. She was incredibly condescending and said I wouldn’t have given you this one if it wasn’t what you wanted- after telling me they have several. She continued to behave in an incredibly unprofessional manner and I told my teenage CHILDREN I would be going to the car as I don’t let people talk to me like that. She said “have fun with that I don’t either.” She is now yelling at me across the store with numerous customers at the register and called me rude. When I directly asked what I said that was in any way rude she said “it’s your face.” So I deserved to be embarrassed and harassed because of my face. I wouldn’t go back in the store if...

I really wish I could give 0 stars. I went in today with my service dog that is a pitbull. I was immediately attacked by the woman at the cash register with her yelling asking me if my dog was a service dog when she was clearly wearing her vest. She even went so far as to after I had grabbed the one thing I came there for and went to the register she refused to check me out and went into the back. Now my dog is an Emotional support dog, I’ve dealt with major anxiety and panic attacks since middle school and she can alert me as to when these are coming on especially on days like today when I’m having a particularly difficult time with my anxiety. She didn’t once leave my side, she didn’t do anything to suggest she was “dangerous” she sat by my side calmly and waited till we were finished checkingnout and we calmly left the store. Went in for some nail polish. Got to the registrar to pay. Once I paid, I waited for a 🛍️ bag. So I then asked for a bag and she told me it was 0.15 cents after I just purchased nail polish. This isn't Aldi's... Apparently"the company" went green and now charges customers for bags for products purchased. I'm sorry, but there is nothing to cheap in this place.
