Condon Jewelers — Local services in Madison

So I am new to the Madison area and never really heard of Condon. After seeing the reviews, and asking around I quickly realized how were well known around the area. Everyone mentioned something about your commercials 😂 I went in there with my fiancé and two kids (1 and 6 years old) and worked with who I found out to be the owner.. He was very patient with our questions and our kids being around. Ended up getting my Fiancé ring dipped. And gave him my grandpas ring that was left to me. My grandpas rings main diamond dates back to the 1800s and means a lot to me. Thing about the ring tho it was it rough shape I had prongs barley holding the diamonds to the ring and it needed to be resized.. Not to mention it had some of the ugliest old school designs on it that just weren’t my style. I don’t know how he did it but my ring is perfect and exactly what I wanted. At a very fair price , which compared to some jewelers in Milwaukee that I’ve gone to I feel like I was always getting ripped off. Just overall a great dude and doesn’t hurt that he’s a huge packer fan....

We were treated SO well by friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff at this wonderful east side shop. They actually cut my wedding band off and sized it up TWO sizes due to arthritis and 42 years of marital bliss. They offered solutions to keep the diamond from spinning. They fixed one of my broken gold earrings my husband got for me years ago, that I had been wearing almost every day. Yeah! They had another pair of lovely gold earrings, so my husband bought them too. Great parking. Well lit, pleasantly displayed jewelery, with unique Madison items. Prompt, courteous greeting upon entering shop. Reasonable prices on jewelery and repairs. Expert goldsmith. They even polished up my husband's wedding band for no extra charge. Highly recommended.
