I would give Chick-fil-A Five Stars just for there consistency on food. My family has eaten here numerous times and every time the food is the exact same quality as is the service.

My personal favorites are the chicken nuggets. There's just something delicious about the way they make it with those small crispy breaded bites. They are just so darn good.

And everyone I know that goes to Chick-fil-A always gets their waffle fries. Those things are so delicious and so consistent that no matter when you get it it's always the same. And the best part is they don't get soggy like a lot of fast food places.

Their mac and cheese was a new try for us this time. We had heard from other people how great it was and had to experience it for ourselves. The crust on the top was delicious melted cheese, and a little bit salty but not too much. The pasta wasn't overcooked which was surprising because a lot of fast food restaurants don't do mac and cheese right. This had a wonderful creamy sharp cheddar sauce and the noodles were still al dente. It even reheated well which says a lot for fast food mac and cheese.

My wife's favorite is their chicken sandwich. The white meat chicken is super juicy and tender. The pickle brine they use on the chicken makes it slightly salty and delicious. It's never greasy or overcooked, just perfect.

Their lemonade is always super fresh and tastes better than anything you'd get from any other fast food restaurant. It actually tastes like real lemons instead of powder. It can be a bit tart, so if that's not your favorite, it might not be for you.

Their customer service is unparalleled. This is something that Chick-fil-A is universally known for and this location definitely lives up to their name. Not to mention if you see a giant line at Chick-fil-A most places you'd be like I don't want to eat there, Chick-fil-A's line to get food and drive-thru goes so fast it's crazy.

Our location has adapted very well in the pandemic world. With the extra amount of people going through the drive-through as opposed to eating indoors, their staff is extra on top of it making sure the line always moves quick and we've never had them mix up our order. We will definitely continue to eat at this...

LITERALLY THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A IN Madison!! The manager Natasha is so rude! She literally makes my food wrong and gave me a market salad but charged me more for Cobb Salad (AND REFUSED To Remake or Refund Me!) I then call the store, saying I didn't get what I had ordered. I asked for a Cobb Salad that normally comes with Crispy Chicken Nuggets to be replaced with a (Fresh Grilled Chicken filet chopped) instead they gave me old dehydrated shredded chicken. When I called the store they asked me to come back through drive through and they'd take care of it. Only to refuse to remake or refund the food and instead argued with me for 30 mins about how no matter how I ask MY food to be prepared, they make it the way they want. Completely wasting everyone's times! Natasha said that "if you ask for a WARM FRESH Grilled Chicken Filet Chopped, You Will Only Get SHREDDED Chicken" MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE?!?!? The SHREDDED Chicken is NOT A WARM FRESH Grilled Chicken Filet chopped!! One is is cold one is hot, one is fresh and juciy the other is not! It's as simple as that! I then asked to speak with the Owner Monica, several times but Natasha keeps refusing to allow me to speak to the owner. I am litteraly so upset and offended! I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that has not offered to remake food or refund when customer is not satisfied, especially when they messed up and the order was not made as the customer requested!! I called corporate and they made a case and forwarded to upper management asking then to have Monica call me directly. But it's been 5 days now and I have not been contacted! Chick Fil A isnt any big secret these days. At this point we should all, at least generally, be familiar with their food and business model.

They sell chicken and everything chicken related-- strips, sandwiches, nuggets, salad, soup. Also waffle fries and shakes.

They're also known for their donation to conservative political causes. I'm not necessarily taking a star away for that, although I might add a star for donating to left wing political causes. But I find it fully expected that a big business would donate to the right, and the only difference is they are vocal about it.

They are also known for their above average customer service. It's not an exaggeration. They literally are the most polite, friendly, helpful fast food workers you will find. AND THEY DONT GET UPSET IF YOU ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE. Once, when my order was incorrect, they corrected it without charging me what I should have paid (they neglected to charge me for AND give me one item that I ordered.)

The chicken is good, Not great, like Zaxby's or Popeyes on a good day, but good. I prefer the spicy sandwich. The strips are good as well. I tried the chicken soup once, it was like chicken jello. Would not recommend.

So why only 3 stars? This location is ALWAYS busy. I've gone at multiple different times of day, and always end up waiting for a very long time-- not because the staff is slow, but because the line is so long. I would NOT recommend going to this location for that reason only.
