Taco Bell — Restaurant in Madison

I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru late at night and was absolutely blown away by the experience! I ordered the Cravings Box, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The food was not only delicious but also perfectly prepared. Each item in the box was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, making every bite a delightful experience.

The service was another highlight of my visit. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a swift and pleasant transaction. Despite it being a busy evening, they managed to keep the line moving smoothly, and I received my order in no time.

What impressed me the most was the value for money. The Cravings Box offered a variety of items at an incredibly reasonable price, making it a fantastic deal. It's rare to find such quality food and service at a fast-food restaurant.

I understand that working the nightshift on a Friday can be grueling; esspecailly when theres a rush. But prefessionalism in the work place is something a lot of people, including me, respect and take seriously.

My order was taken very nonchalantly, and when my boyfriend and I approched the window the total wasn't added with a please or thank you. (seems miniscule but all of this adds up) While we were waiting we could hear the cashier yelling at her co workers the whole time, . (lots of cussing...not cool.) Then she got kinda weird, she looked at me and sarcastically said hi and waved like a crazy person. I think she believed that I was growing impatient and was staring at her, not the case but it's what i think she thought. She gave us our food with no "Thanks" or "goodnight" not a welcoming experience.

There is one young man with blonde hair that works the night shift there too, i wish he would've been our cashier....

Little old white lady had a major attitude right from the start when I got to the drive thru saying your just going to have to wait could’ve came across much nicer but then when I got my order I had ordered extra rice on 2 burritos and one had a small amount of rice and the other had none like what is that I paid extra for nothing kinda sad then when I got to the window she slammed the window in our faces and this isn’t the first time this has happened I love this place but idk what her problem was but it was very unprofessional and needs to be taken care of wish we could’ve enjoyed our meals tonight but sadly disappointed and dissatisfied. If I could give 0 stars I would plus the rice and bean bowl was crunchy like ewww and then she said it’s a small location so everyone is going to be waiting like that is ridiculous so that’s a reason why my food got made wrong and was ok hmmmmm maybe should be reconsidered on hiring very...
