Read moreI have to say, I was very disappointed & will no longer use Ashley or Furniture & Appliance Mart. The delivery teams - yep! I had 3 deliveries for the same item - were great & understood true customer service. The sales rep, however. . . I had to continue to call on the status of my new fridge. Most of the time getting voicemail or a robot voice saying calls are not being taken & getting hung up on. I even tried to call a manager - left a voicemail - and never received a call back. First delivery had the doors on wrong - even after telling my rep several times I needed the doors swapped. 2nd attempt for delivery 2 weeks later, was the same fridge, not a new one - scratched up, dented and the freezer door wouldn't close properly. 3rd attempt - 2 more weeks later. Brand new fridge with doors still wrong, and no ice maker. My sales rep laughed when I told him how much food I had lost and how much time I had lost at work. I kept the last fridge, as Tristan & Luke - the delivery team - knew how to switch the doors around without damaging the fridge. They were AWESOME!! And the only positive of this entire "adventure". Read moreIf the sales person opens their mouth and speaks, it is probably a lie. From where the sofa was made to service and warranties. Buyer beware. They are not there to do anything but sell furniture. Furniture arrives, not functioning properly, full warranty means sit and wait your turn. Our sofa arrived in January of 2023 it is now November of 2023, and we still have issues. Sales person said they would be there for us if we needed assistance with any of the warranty. Nope, that is a lie, you will need to deal with their "customer service". Two technicians have come, made the sofa worse than it was, and we still are waiting on problem corrections....
