Was there last week with my kids & came to sit down & eat my dinner & I went to order Me and my kids food My order was messed up I ordered a Butter burgerb combo & my kids got 2 kids meals they messed up my daughter meal Told them everything on the burger for her & no Pickles . And my Burger I said everything on it but no Pickles my daughter was a little bit Upset that they put pickles on it so I told her to take them off. Don’t worry about it. Mistakes happen . But my meal I went back up to the counter to tell them they messed up my order, because on my burger, it only had ketchup and mustard so I went back up to the Counter to asked for everything on my burger No pickles The manager came up And took my burger back and have them remake it With an attitude Very bad customer service She snatched the burger And threw it in the garbage And told me to hold on they’re gonna make another one I said OK … Few minutes later, they made me another one And on this burger It had ketchup, mustard, and onion . I said again to the manager this order is still not right. I said everything on my burger except no pickles. They continue to not listen very rude The manager snatched the second burger And told me to leave and she’s going to call the police I told her I don’t care give me my money back She was very upset because I asked for my money back She hold my money Until the police came . Just very bad customer service very rude . The Double Deluxe is the best burger for its price point. $6 and you get FRESH beef smashed on the griddle, cheese melting into the patties, lettuce, tomato, red onion, a nice spread of mayo on bottom, and a nice spread of butter on top.
One thing Culver's understands is that you don't need to put ketchup on a burger if your burger is good. Ketchup drowns a lackluster burger in unnecessary sweetness to disguise its poor flavor. Culver's doesn't need to masquerade because their burgers are already perfect.
The buns compliment the package deal so well. Not 100% sure what kind of buns they are, but I believe it's a potato bun.
I have eaten many burgers in my day. I've tried burgers at some of the top burger joints in this city. They're all good. Some of them are even tastier than the Double Deluxe! No one can top the flavor, the size, and the price of the Double Deluxe. What amazes me most about the Double Deluxe is it looks better in person than in marketing photos. What other chain can say that?
Forget about the Big Mac. Forget about the Whopper. The Double Deluxe is your best burger friend.
The cheese curds are good while they're hot, but admittedly disappointing once they cool off a bit. The crinkle cut fries are fantastic, though. Crunchy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Get some cheese sauce for the best fry-dipping experience!
The assortment of malts is quite nice too. I've yet to try anything I don't like!

Read moreThe crew lead named Carmen was so disrespectful to us. We came in because there was no mayonnaise on my burger that I had gotten deluxe. We brought almost the ENTIRE burger back. It wasn’t like I had eaten half of it or anything like that. I took two bites out of it and was disappointed that it was cold and there was no mayonnaise in it. We also gave her the burger to throw away because we didn’t want it. Again, we’re not trying to get free food. She treated us like dirt. She picked apart the burger with her bare hands, and then tried to give it back to me… like? At that point even if my burger was perfect, I don’t appreciate your bare hands on it and I don’t want it anymore. Again, she tried to argue with me, asking so many times what was wrong with the burger. She kept inspecting my receipt like it was going to somehow change. We didn’t argue with her and all we asked was “Can you please remake the burger with mayonnaise on it?” And that was all we kept asking. When she asked questions we answered politely. But she made it very difficult for us. At this point the store was busy, and we told her “hey if it’s inconvenient for you we can always come back to get it remade. We have the receipt and the burger. And she told us “no you have to do it now or you can’t get your burger at all”. So she was making us stay but being upset that we were there. It was a distressing experience for sure, and the first time I’ve been disappointed at a Culver’s. Definitely will NOT come into to this restaurant when she is working.
