A few weeks back we went to this store to eat lunch at work like usual. When we arrived, they locked the door as we got out of the truck. We pulled around to the window and asked how we are supposed to order and stated that we were inside dining room hours. The employee was condescending to say the least and repeatedly kept pointing at a phone number on a paper taped to the window instead of taking our order. We reported this to corporate. A few days later we went back and walked in and ordered for dine in and searched the dining room and there was no parm cheeze, or crushed red pepper anywhere. We asked for some and we're told we had to purchase it. We reported this to corporate. A few days later, we had the same issue. However the District manager was there and we told him all about how everytime we come there we are treated poorly, the dining room is closed, and the toppings are missing from the tables and we're forced to purchase them separately. He assured us it would be dealt with. We go in for lunch today and the same thing. No toppings and we're being told to pay extra for them. I asked them if we really had to report it again or could we just get some cheese and crushed red pepper. The manager then states that she they (the employees don't feel safe) the proceeds to call the police. We get up from our table and decide to just eat in the parking lot with no toppings. As we open our boxes, the Madison police pull up and trespass us from the property. By the time we got to eat our pizza it was cold and tasted bad. Absolute worst restaurant I've ever seen. Do...
Read moreThe only reason I'm even giving this place one star is because I have to. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude restaurant. We had ordered a pizza online and being out of town we had no idea you had to go through the drive through. It was a little before 11 when we walked in the lobby to pick up out CARRY OUT and immediately get we're close from a blonde girl working the counter. When we explained to her we ordered a pizza and it said we could pick it up she immediately huffed and said come down here and walked away. We apologized more than once for kot realizing there was a drive thru and we got our order and left. We realized we didnt get our drink so we decided to go back through the drive thru so we didn't irritate her again. She gives the people in front of us their order and sees us behind them. She literally looks right at at us and when we pull up she decides to not come to the window on purpose. She looks right at us again and then put her hand beside her face to act like shes blocking us and cant see. At that point I had to call the store while we were sitting at the window and a lady with very dark hair answered and I let her know we were at the window to get our drink and she laughs at me and just says ok and then the blonde girl hands us our drink and slams the window and walks away. What a great impression on some out of towners who tend to visit the area often. There are some of the rudest girls working at this store....
Read moreWe had a group of 6. The server acted like she didn't have a clue what she was doing. She took our order and two things were wrong. She served us food that wasn't ours. Our food was cold. We needed drink refills and she told us she had a lot of food she had to get out and then she would get our refills. People at other tables were having problems with their orders. One woman from another group finally came and got their pizza then she went back and got a pitcher and filled it with Pepsi to refill their own drinks. Our tables were where we could see the kitchen. One of the cooks was handling food bare handed. The server had our ticket and rung it up $20 more than what we got. She told us to let the cashier figure it out. It was a mess. The food was bad. Customers were not happy. We used to eat here a lot but we...
