I was really looking forward to my appointment after booking online and waiting about a week to see Mylein, as recommended. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told to wait a few minutes, which was perfectly fine. However, when it was time for my appointment, a different technician came to do my nails.

She was incredibly sweet and tried her best, but it quickly became clear that she was new and had difficulty understanding what I wanted, even when I showed her a reference photo. Another technician had to step in to help translate. While I truly appreciated her effort and attention to detail, a few of my nails ended up noticeably crooked.

What was most frustrating was realizing halfway through that I wasn't with the technician I had specifically requested and waited for. When I brought this up at the front desk, I was met with a rather dismissive response. I was concerned about being marked as a "no show" for Mylein, since a credit card is required to book, but was abruptly told, "It’s just to hold the appointment, we won’t charge you," without any acknowledgment of the mix-up.

What a horrible experience! After having an appointment scheduled, they had me sit in a chair for 25 minutes waiting for my pedicure to start. The water turned cold I was waiting so long. Finally when they started working, it was like they were in a hurry and were so rough with my cuticles I had to keep pulling my feet back. My toes were killing me after they screwed around down there. To make matters worse, I broke out into a horrible rash thanks to whatever cream they rubbed on my legs. My friend who went with me, just sent me a pic of her legs and her skin is actually peeling off (no she did not have any type of sunburn)! The water tub felt slimy like they hadn't cleaned it in ages and they didn't sterilize any of the tools they used during the pedicure. Awful experience. My toes still hurt from them being so rough and it's seven hours later. Never ever going back and not recommending this place to anyone. Worst pedicure...

awful. i had a woman named Alexa do my nails and she did not do what I asked for at all. I asked for medium length almond french tips and i got short length cat claws. for starters, the woman doing my acrylics was on the phone the entire first half of doing my nails. the woman that filed my nails, alexa, did not know how to file nails. every single nail turned out crooked and completely different shapes. i asked for medium length and i got short. when she was filing my nails and kept messing them up, i asked her to fix them and she made them worse. i also got a gel pedicure and the man that did it had no idea what he was doing. it was the messiest pedicure i have ever gotten. he also barely massaged massaged my feet and didn’t do anything else but paint my toes and give me the worst massage. on top of that, i payed $130 for all of this!!! $130 for poor service, and bad nails. i do...
