Broke my watch, and then generously offered to "overhaul" it for $300. Are you out of your minds? No one took any responsibility and the staff seemed completely bewildered. Unbelievable.

Edit after owner's response: Watch still broken, subsequent review farming, trust you even less as a person, let alone a business.

Thanks for the attempt to make it right, but more of the same. You did a hell of a lot of talking and very little listening. A lot of blaming me for breaking my watch despite it never stopping until it entered your store, a LOT of touting your reputation (40 watches a day? Please. I was in both your stores, you do not get the traffic to make that possible even if everyone was bringing in a watch. And I don't care how "expensive" and "professional" your process is, no matter how any times you say it. It broke my watch.), a lot of displaying how little you actually know about watches which is why you outsource the work (which, to be clear, is fine, but don't pretend to know more than you do, especially when dealing with someone who does). The watch came back AGAIN with the back misaligned which runs the risk of bending the crown rod because there is a cutout which must be properly oriented. And I know a lot about coils. It's my day job. I've personally wound similar coils. They don't get ruined by touching them unless you break a wire, in which case it will not work intermittently, it will not work at all. But thanks for talking down to me about something which you don't understand.

I don't know what your shop did to my watch, and I'll likely never know because you are not honest and don't actually care. You just care about my review, despite the first thing you telling me over the phone was that it's not about the review. Funny, because there were only two reviews before mine dated about a year ago. In the couple days after mine, there are now 10 more 5-star reviews including one with a photo FROM YOUR OTHER STORE, and someone WITH YOUR LAST NAME. Even the Chinese bots know how to review farm better than this. Sad and disgraceful.

I would have just left it at advising readers to visit you for jewelry, not watch repair, but I can't even recommend that after all the gaslighting...
