We were just there and exchanging shirts we had made for our grandson that they messed up, the shirts were supposed to be 2Tās and they gave us 5Tās. The lady was hateful about exchanging them, then accused me of stealing when I was going to pay for my items. When I gave her my bank card, she asked for my ID to ā make sure it was my cardā like I had stolen a card when you have to enter the PIN number and I had used the same card the night they messed our grandsons shirts up. Very rude and unprofessional people running this store, if itās even open because it was closed yesterday when we went to try to get things right! I donāt recommend this store to anyone! We spent over $100 here and the lady running the store was not only hateful but had her toddler child in the store with her. Go local, these people are not locals! I donāt steal ANYTHING! I work and get a annuity payment each month. Iām highly upset š My lawyer is looking into this as well as this is defamation of character and a few...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHere's the thing... my boyfriend and I loved walking around this shop. Did it smell a little funky and were the aisles a little bit cluttered and narrow? Sure. We just moved in less than half a mile down the road from this place and decided to take a little stroll and check out some of the local spots, and what bothered us was as soon as we walked in this shop, we were being followed around and watched (but not talked to, not until my boyfriend had become aggravated that we were being falsely clocked as thieves when we aren't). My boyfriend and the manager had a little exchange where he asked what her problem was, and then he left, and the manager told me that I needed to leave, too, but I hadn't done anything or said anything, so she told me I could stay? I left anyways because that whole interaction was unfair. I hate being judged when I've done nothing to deserve it. You should stop treating your customers like they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen paying for my merchandise with my debit card I was asked very rudely "you don't have any cash?" If I had known cash would have been easier to use I would have used it but didn't have any on me at the time.
I was also being watched as if I was going to steal something. If the guy wanted to ask if I needed help finding something, he could have just asked instead of continuing to look down the isles at me suspiciously and have a serious look on his face. Also: (I was the only person at this store.) I did not get a good vibe from this place. Got out of the shop as fast as I could. They're lucky I even bought anything from them.
Hopefully you won't get the same experience as I did. (I should have looked at the reviews before I shopped there because it looks as if others had the same experience I did.)
And if you had a good experience, you probably went in...
