One star at the most. Why? The place was staffed by all teenagers/young adults who seem to have forgotten we are in the middle of a global pandemic! Not a single employee was wearing their face mask properly - saw one using it as a chin strap, one as a headband, and one who would wear it properly until she handled food. We lost count of how many times one girl touched her face and then scooped out ice cream! Also not a single one wore gloves while preparing our ice cream, but better yet we did not observe anyone wash their hands! What the heck?! Not to mention that the girl taking our ice cream order wouldn’t even look at us and we had to repeat our order multiple times.

So unless you want a side of COVID-19 with your ice cream, I recommend you go somewhere else with employees who know how to wear a face mask and wash their hands. Maybe I sound like a Karen but we’re in a global pandemic and wearing a mask is not optional (especially in the state of NC and especially if you are touching...

I did not have a good experience here. The girls were nice but when I went to order she just kept saying she was confused 😕 so I just settled for a milkshake. They really need more staff! There were people standing around waiting to check out and I only seen 2 girls running the whole store..... also they let me leave the store with the lid laying on the cup because it was to full to put it on there and dripping...

Down in NC visiting and stopped checked out this shop. Pretty nice and chill location. Ice cream was good and the Staff went the extra mile for my SO who has a nut allergy! They went out back and got ice cream that hasn't been scooped it. Reducing the risk to almost nothing. All they do up in CT is rinse the scoop and wish the person luck.
