This place shouldn’t be open for business the owner old can’t handle any repairs and he doesn’t remember what he is doing. I went there a week ago for watches batteries replacement for 5 ladies watches he told me it will be ready in 2 hours so after 2 hours I went to pick it up it was ready I took the watches so when I got home I was looking at watches one has the battery cover missing so I went back to him so he told me it was there I must drop I told him if it was installed right it come out easy then he told me I need to go downtown to get the cover then I have to charge for it. I brought the ring back and he yelled I was a liar! I unfortunately let him have my ring back to fix what I had paid for and when I went to pick it up he became verbally aggressive again, while yelling at me that he didn’t have my ring. I called the police to inform them that he wouldn’t give me back my ring. He had lost it. When the police found my envelope there was no ring inside. I am unaware why this place Luckys is allowed to stay in business when Niles police know he is committing robbery. The owner of the jewelry store takes your jewelry for repair and then claims to have lost it when you arrive to retrieve your jewelry. He then becomes verbally abusive swearing at the customer.
