Safy Halal Market — Local services in Malden

I got two whole chicken yesterday for myself and my friend. I paid something around $40+ cause I always loved the chicken from there. However, yesterday the guy gave me expired chicken. The chicken smells disgusting and I even thought it’s my imagination and cooked a whole curry. I had to order Taco Bell. I even tipped the guy who cut the chicken because I was genuinely so grateful of this store. Never again. The lady that works there is so sweet and I did not even want to make this review but it’s my responsibility to let the people know that this store has lost its prime. I guess inflation has made them get expired chicken. The money will come again but my trust .., my trust is gone and it’s sad cause I really like a good curry. Sorry for saying that but the guy who’s working on the butcher is so rude , the opposite of the lady who works in the register . I think the owner should watch the camera and check how the business is going , I’ve never felt this way the guy deal with you as he’s giving you what you want for free . Very disappointed. A lady complained 3 years ago about the same issue. Took beef meat and ended up old and smells bad. Came back again and avoided beef this time and bought chicken instead, he said it’s organic but ended up it’s not. same issue again with chicken , smells bad and look old.
