I ordered online and arrived at the estimated time, but my order took about five extra minutes, which was not long. I got the cheesling fries and wings. The fries were lukewarm, a little soggy, and overly salty, though the sweetness was great. It would be better if it was less salty. I think the fries might have been made too early and sat while the chicken was finishing. Maybe preparing the fries later so they’re ready at the same time would be better. Everyone was friendly and the chicken was very good and super crispy. My main reference for Korean fried chicken is Bonchon, and they have way more flavors here. I got the secret sauce and regular galbi sauce - I thought the galbi was great, but the secret sauce wasn't my favorite, which just means I'll have to come back and try more of the sauces!

From the moment we sat down, it took a long time just to get our order taken, which made the whole experience frustrating. The honey garlic chicken was good, but the special sauce was not tasty.
