This place is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and have always gotten great customer service and the quality of the products will blow your mind. This year has been a hard one for many people with this pandemic going on. I myself can not leave the house because of my health issues. But I wanted to propose to my gf this Christmas but I was unsure how I was gonna make that happen from home. You just can’t order jewelry online. Well you can but you don’t really know what you may get. I called up yesterday and talked with the owner Boris about the situation that I was in and that I couldn’t leave the house. He took the time out of his busy day to send me pictures of rings in the display case that were in my search criteria. With his help we were able to pick out my favorite 3 and then make a decision from there. Most people wouldn’t have taken the time to take pictures and send them to someone. I was able to find the perfect ring for my gf. Now your gonna ask how did I get it from the store. The owner drove to my house and brought it to me. This is unheard of, I’ve never known anyone that would have done that. He took time out of his day so that my gf and I would have a very special Christmas together. I went to Art Carl's in need of a repair of a cherished family heirloom - a gold chain handed down from my grandmother that had not left my neck for over 20 years until the day it was broken. Needless to say, I was concerned that the repair would be done right and would ensure that I could continue wearing the chain for the next 20 years and far beyond. Boris -- the nice guy working the counter who informed me that this was family business he runs with his dad -- assured me that the chain would be repaired and that if any issues arose either during said repairs or regarding my concern with continued use of the chain after the repair he would let me know. Well.....I got the chain back just the other day and it's stronger and shinier than ever! And all my questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend this shop and will be back for jewelry repairs or for other needs (apparently they're a full retail store AND pawn shop!) in the future. Thanks...

BEST PLACE AROUND!!!! Honestly. I had an old family emblem that was in need of repair. No matter where I went, I was given outrageous quotes. When I went to Art Carl, I had the pleasure of talking to a really nice young man named Boris. Not only did Boris give me an incredible price, but he took the time to talk to me and express to me that he would take very special care with my item since it meant so much to me. He was a young man, but I could tell that he had a great sense of pride in what he does and more importantly, I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me! I would recommend this place to anyone! It's no wonder to me why this place gets such great reviews, as long as they have people like Boris, I'll will go there time and time again. ...
