I was met with verbal harassment from the store manager, Felix (although I'm not entirely sure of the spelling of his name). I have attached an image from the incident with Felix in it. The incident by Felix marked the worst customer service I've ever endured.
This is my fourth visit at Tasaocaa. The tea I ordered didn’t taste the same as when I had it the last three times. When I politely asked for a refund, Felix's behavior was beyond appalling. He used inappropriate language, made demeaning facial expressions, and deliberately ignored my presence, focusing on other tasks. Felix also accused me of only coming to use the bathroom and made derogatory remarks about 'people like me.'
After witnessing this public confrontation with Felix, several other customers also left the store, clearly disturbed by his demeanor. The 2 other employees also were visibly intimidated by the Felix’s behavior.

Today, we went to Tsaocaa and went to order drinks, but they were busy, so we decided to use the self check out. We ordered 3 drinks and 4 egg puffs and paid for everything. When our order was done, we noticed that there were 2 extra drinks, we checked the receipt and realized there as indeed 2 extra drinks. We didn't notice this until the order was done. Someone used it prior to us and never checked out. I asked for a refund and the woman behind the counter refused to do so and said it wasn't her problem. She was rude and did not do anything to help the situation. It seems as though that they cared more about the $14 instead of making things right. I even tipped them for their service too, and now I am regretting doing so. To makes things worst, the drinks weren't even that good. They lost a customer for life and I will tell all my friends and family to not do...
Read moreI recently placed an online order and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The estimated completion time for my order was 8:05pm, but I ended up waiting until 8:40pm before receiving it. The lack of timeliness was frustrating.
Moreover, the service I received was subpar at best. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, failing to provide any updates or explanations for the delay. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.
As a customer, I expected better professionalism and efficiency from TSAOCAA Bubble Tea Shop. I strongly advise against placing online orders at this establishment, as it appears they are unable to meet their own estimated completion times and do not prioritize providing satisfactory customer service.
