We love this place. I try to get something different every time I'm here, and it's always delicious. While at times the area can feel a little small sometimes due to foot traffic, I've often found it worth the wait. Usually you can expect to spend 10 minutes waiting for a drink depending on your order and how busy they are, but usually they're pretty quick. This visit we ordered a Thai tea with boba, and an Oreo slush with boba. Both were divine and delicious. The place is clean and a good place to socialize. My issues are the prices, and the staff. We can't visit often because 2 drinks for 10 bucks seems a bit much. Plus a tip. Prices are comparable to most drink places, and people will pay, but I feel like the drinks are maybe like a dollar or two too much for the amount you get. The staff is not friendly. They're efficient, which is nice, but I've never seen a smile or felt like I was wanted there. Which can affect tips that people may want to give. It feels like I'm stealing boba from their personal stash! But in the end, Kung Fu tea is where it's at. The boba is soft, chewy, and sweet. The flavors are a delight....

Went to there for the milk tea several times and the drinks tasted good.
Recently find a coupon on Chase Pay, so I go to this place again, just to be told that they do not accept Chase Pay. I tried to find their place on the Chase Pay app when I still in the tea shop, but failed. This is weird cause I can see their place on the app when I walked away from the tea shop.
My boyfriend thinks they use coupons to trick customers to their place, and customers have to pay the full price. For example, I won’t even go to the tea shop today if there’s no coupon.
It just confuses me, if they don’t accept Chase Pay, why would them cooperate with Chase Pay at first? Or why don’t they contact Chase to delete their place...
Read moreI actually would probably only give this place a 2.5 vs a 3. The line was kind of long and it took up to 15-20 minutes for them to make my bubble tea. While I do not require alot of service at places like this, I do wish they got my tea out more quickly. I could see that they employees there looked overworked and were trying to churn out as many teas as possible, but still I want my bubble tea!
While it is nice that they offer different levels of sweetness for their teas, I just ordered a Black Milk Tea with regular boba. Their boba was good- soft, chewy, and tender- but it was way too sweet. For their regular sugar level I was in sugar shock, and I have a major sweet tooth. I would recommend that you...
