Burlington is the best place to go for retail therapy, it always does the trick for me. I visit this Burlington when I am in Manchester as it usually nice and clean. But I have to say the last 2 visits have been disappointing. I usually get my perfume there as it is sold at a very good discounted price. Well last 2 visits, I found the perfume section a mess, and haven't been able to find it. The men's boxer section was a disaster, one of the aisles was blocked with packages all over the floor, and I mean ALL over the floor. Another section that was pretty bad was I guess you would call health and grooming. Stuff was just thrown ever which way, and I can't believe it just happened. It was a shame to see the store in such disarray. I did find 2 items to purchase, but with the shape the store was in I didn't feel like shopping for anything else. Maybe they are short staffed, and I know some people don't care where they put something that they decide they don't want it and it can be hard for staff to keep up. I just don't know what has been going on in that store for the last month. I will go back in hopes that things are off the floor and sections are more organized. But we as shoppers also need to take responsibility to put things back where they belong. And if you see something on the floor pick it up. By not doing our part as good customers the stores have to hire more help which means more cost to them, which in the end means more cost to us!! So I encourage shoppers to please do...
ย ย ย Read moreI came into this store yesterday for the first time ever because my closest one Iโve been into millions of times (I have a credit card from here) and I wanted to see if there was anything better at this location. Unfortunately, my impression was cut short at check-out. I found some โOKโ items I wanted to purchase. I approached the cashier (African American male) who didnโt even greet me. Didnโt ask me how my day was. Just took my phone out of my hands when attempting to use rewards instead of appropriately asking โwhat is this?โ and then finished checking me out. The ONLY time he spoke to me was when I asked โdo you take Apple Pay?โ. Other than that, as a customer, I was completely ignored and felt so unwelcome and uneasy around this cashier. You work in retail - yes, itโs a sucky low paying job but just because you hate your job doesnโt mean you have to be arrogant and not talk or acknowledge customers. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience. I will NOT be returning to...
ย ย ย Read moreI waited 30 minutes in line to be cashed out tonight. Waiting isnโt the problem I have though- it was management. There was one woman on register (an associate, middle aged blonde white woman) with a massive line! There was another woman (I believe a manager, middle aged asian american woman) who wouldnโt help her out at all! I donโt care that I had to wait, I care that this woman was given no assistance by her so called โteamโ. Felt so bad for her. I wonโt be shopping here anymore and I hope that associate finds a job elsewhere, working with people who actually give a...
