September/2021 Whenever we travel to New England we always look forward to a stop at the Le Creuset in Manchester, Vermont. We love the quality of the products and the outlet prices are well-worth the cost. The staff truly knows the products and they make honest suggestions on the purpose and use of the items and on the items best to purchase. One of the store representatives, Kathy, has helped us several times over the years. She is excellent at assisting the buyer. They do not try to pressure you into buying. It is their knowledge and belief in the product that provides comfort to the buyer and triggers the sales. I love to visit this store every time we travel to Manchester. It always has something to offer I never knew I needed. Every time I get the new piece home I am never disappointed. The brand itself makes creating in the kitchen a joy Additionally, the items are of high quality, easy to use, a breeze to clean and are beautiful just to look at. We love this store and the selection! We have shopped here for six years and will continue to do so because of the wonderful selection and the incredible staff. Denise and Kathy have worked with us from the beginning and we are so appreciative of them. Whenever we have a wedding or the holidays approach, we give Denise a call and she's able to find us great gift ideas.
