Incredibly rude experience here today. Really off-putting and we have been fans of Vermont flannel for a while. My husband was gifted a flannel from his mother for Christmas but unfortunately, despite being the same size as his other flannels... It didn't fit. We brought it back to the store today, tags attached, as it had arrived. My husband exchanged for the same exact shirt and size. As we were checking out the woman behind the counter says like oh just remember to wash and air dry because it looks like this shirt was washed and dried. I was absolutely FLOORED. The shirt had tags attached and was brand new, he literally tried it on, stuffed it back into the gift bag and brought it to the store. The only way it was washed and dried is if the company re-tagged a return or washed it themselves. Incredibly rude, was so shocked. We both were extremely bothered... to even have her be questioning us on a basic exchange I mean again WITH TAGS ATTACHED. I think this will be our last purchase especially considering the sizing inconsistencies and then people being nasty when you come to do an exchange. Just so many other companies to spend...

Thank you for such a great experience in your store. Love everything we got, and the associate who helped us on 7/18 early afternoon was amazing. She was able to answer all of our many questions and help us find everything we were looking for. She even ordered one item for us that wasn't in the store at the size we needed to be shipped. This kind of customer service far exceeds what I have come to expect in general, and it was such a breath of fresh...
