these were the absolute rudest employees i’ve ever encountered. i put my clothing on the counter and they don’t greet me nor look at me and continue with their conversation while louding swearing. the cashier just doesn’t even look at me and tells me the total and doesn’t ask any information and when i make a comment asking about rewards, they all just give me a dirty look (the cashier, and the two girls standing behind him doing absolutely nothing) and act as if me asking them to do their job (what their normally required to do) is an inconvenience to them. i walk out of the store and they are all eyeing me down and actively saying negative stuff about me as i walk away from the counter as if i cant hear them. as a teenager as well, i’d never act so entitled and rude and treat a customer like an inconvenience when they’re supposed to DO THEIR JOB. maybe instead of standing around and gossiping about a birthday cake, they could work on their disgusting customer service and clean up the store with and fold something and earn the money they “work” for. i doubt anyone going into this store would have a positive experience if greeted with the same "employees". learn how to act in...

My sister and I walked into Pacsun at 8:30, 30 minutes before the store closed. Two cashiers pretending to fold clothes at the front of the store glared at us the second we walked in, like they were guarding the entrance to the store. One of them was very snarky, asked what we were looking for specifically, then aggressively said they were closing the registers in ten minutes. They both continued staring at us, clearly telling us to leave. This review doesn’t accurately display just how rude these two girls were, but neither of them should be working customer service. The manager, I think his name was Patrick, seemed to be inebriated and stunk of alcohol. The interaction I had with him was uncomfortable and left me a little creeped out to say the least.
