This place came recommended by my instructor. The first visit, I came to pick up demo racquets and was told there would be a $300 hold on my acct. I asked for a receipt and was told that "we've been open for 40 years and no one has asked for a receipt for a demo". The owner continued to decline giving me a receipt telling me "there are apps where you can take pictures of the receipt. It was though I had told her to go in the forest, chop a tree down, take it to the paper mill, and then write out a receipt with her finest calligraphy pen. After leaving I realized I was fully charged $300- It was not a hold. Rather than taking accountability, the person that answered the phone said "well yeah, but we'll give you your money back". The raquets were checked out other under a different name and the person working at the front desk asked me "why is it under another name".. GIRL I DON'T WORK HERE. How would I know that? On the way out, I observed a senior citizen aged gentleman working there following the only Black customers (appeared to be a father & son) around the front...

Walked into this store on a whim while waiting for my husband to get a hair cut next door. I'm so thankful I did. While we were walking around we saw two gentlemen fixing up tennis racquets and racquetball racquets. I asked them how much it cost for for them to put a new grip on my racquet and was surprised at how inexpensive it was. They said they'd do it right now for free, even though they clearly were very busy, I just had to buy the grip. I appreciated it very much. Thank you and I can't wait to play tonight without getting black grip foam rubbed off...

I visited this store on August st to get a ball pump. I was immediately greeted by someone upon entering the store who showed me where their pumps were. After a few minutes someone else followed up asking if I had found everything OK. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable that I decided to come back the next day to buy a pair of shoes.
