Smashburger — Restaurant in Manhattan Beach

This would have been a one star if the food hadn’t been good. I ordered a large smash fry, double bacon, and Oreo shake through Postmastes delivery. The same thing I ordered back when I was in high school. I always remember enjoying Smashburger. Yeah it can be expensive but you know you’re getting a tasty meal. I placed my order in hopes of rekindling that fond experience. However, this was quickly shot down when the Postmates delivery driver showed me the shake I had ordered (see photo attached). 3/4 full with no whip cream. Have times changed? Am I asking for too much? This was definitely not the meal that I had once looked upon so dearly. The driver let me now that he brought this to Smashburger’s attention but nothing was done. I have no clue how a drink like this can leave the kitchen. Thankfully, the burger and fries were still delicious. Went here for dinner tonight and I didn’t feel anything positive. The gentleman taking my order named John was very un engaged, un welcoming, and when they got one of our orders wrong he came very strong with his tone and sounded rude. John was also rude to an older man that went back to correct his order. Service was so bad they got all of our orders wrong. They give you numbers for your order and when they came to our table they didn’t even know who were they bringing the food too. My son was ignored by John when he asked a question in front of my face and to finish off they gave us an extra burger and they didn’t notice. Some chick in the kitchen was making faces when my sister went to address a wrong ingredient on her burger. So think twice before coming or speak up about the lack of good service when is given by people that are supposed to be trained to...

Went in, got a burger with a ton of salt on it, not just my opinion it was a ton of salt. My son went in there and ordered same thing ton of salt. Called store female staff member said I would get credit took my name. Went back to get another Burger, didn't really care it was free, because first Burger was ruined.

Immature staff wanted to argue with the customer about a $6 Burger, while talking to their friends laughing and joking thinking it was funny. Contacted customer service they basically did not even follow up on the credit for my burger.

They did this to two customers already who knows who else. They are lucky because I would give them a big fat zero. Immature, disrespectful unprofessional staff that is representing this company. If this is going on makes me wonder what else is going...
