First sales person was very friendly. Second person was friendly apologize for being late told me that the bed would be put aside for me that day so that way the next morning when I came to pick it up, it would be ready. Sales person told me the best time was right when they opened to pick it up. Next day go to pick up the bed called several times once to let them know I was there. They told me to go to the back. They told me somebody would be back there to help load. Second time I called I asked if somebody was coming back because I was still waiting. Was told the worker should be in the back. Finally was met with the sales person that opened the back door. He asked me if I could go run errands while he found the bed even though I had told him I was already waiting for 20 minutes and that the sales person agreed at 10 o’clock would work. He had an earbud in one ear and kept cutting me off. I finally said if this is too much of a hassle, I can return the bed. He then proceeded to get another coworker in which I had to call the store again to see if a worker was coming to the back. The individual that I made my transaction with proceeded to also have a bit of an attitude after I had to say twice I will return the bed It’s no problem if it’s an issue for you guys. She then went on a story to tell me that the individual that’s supposed to be working in the warehouse is also late. Read moreI went to this particular Ashley Homestore a few weeks ago. I had found some really beautiful furniture on their website in an amazing Blue color. So my mother and I went into the store and we're greeted by Nasser Elsadik. He was extremely friends and eager to help us find exactly what I wanted. He showed us a few different pieces before I showed him what I'd found online. They didn't have the particular color I wanted in the store but they had the piece in another color so Nasser showed it to us and asked us if it was the right piece. I was elated!!! It was so nice and comfy, I'm pretty tall so I have an issue finding furniture that is just the right height for me without feeling like I'm sitting on the floor. But this particular piece was perfect. Nasser then showed us a few more pieces that got my Mom's interested. When it came time for us to check out everything went smoothly, I had a 10% off coupon that'd is gotten to my email but since my furniture was a "Hot Buy" I wasn't able to use it, but my mom got to use it so it was okay. Nasser made everything so easy on our visit and since then has kept in contact about Dates and Times of Delivery. He was an Absolute God Sent, the rest of the staff were also extremely friendly and even made small talk about current events in the news.

Read moreWe had a mattress that was under warranty and our account was credited. We went in and purchased a new mattress. Tim told us because of COVID we would be able to keep our old one. Because of what Tim said, I went out and purchased a new bedroom set for the spare room only to have them take our old mattress upon delivering the new one. When I called and spoke to Tim he said that it wasn't on the paperwork and they shouldn't have taken it. I also asked Tim where my $200 gift card was since it had been almost 2 months. Ultimately he said it was taking longer than usual to get due to COVID. Then I spoke to the store manager regarding my mattress and he told me due to warranty they must take it and wouldn't make it right regardless of what Tim said. Fast forward 2 more months and I still didn't get my $200 gift card. Spoke to Tim once again and he forgot to key it in during our purchase!! So Tim lied to me the first time and again nothing was done to make the situation right. Finally received the gift card 5 months after my purchase only to have to purchase another mattress because they are LIARS!!
