I would not recommend this dental office. I initially deposited $3,000 into my account to cover cleanings and a few cavity fillings, leaving me with a remaining balance of just over $1,000. I was assured that I could address the remaining balance after completing my cleanings. However, after receiving treatment on only half of my mouth, I returned for my next appointment and was unexpectedly asked to pay nearly $800.
When I inquired about the charges, I was informed that most of my $3,000 had already been applied to the first half of my cleaning. Despite my concerns, they were unable to explain how one side of my mouth could cost $2,200. Additionally, some of the staff appeared to be in training and seemed uncertain about their tasks, which did not instill confidence in the quality of care.
Communication at this office is extremely poor. When I reached out for clarification, I was directed to an 800 number, where I was told that my insurance was still processingâhence the additional payment request. I am currently waiting to speak with the regional manager, but I was informed that this could take up to four days.
Based on my experience, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location, as their primary focus seems to be financial gain rather...
Read moreThis place is about financial gain plain and simple I agreed to do all there tests in the moment cause I thought it was covered by insurance which wasnât fully covered only reason I even bothered with this still after all that was since my dad convinced me the deep cleaning was worth it for him. Paying over 100 bucks a month for a year or year plus is still ridiculous. After this itâs back to local regular dentist at least they are affordable. The only thing this place has better than any other dentist is the equipment besides having no where to spit. Most annoying thing like holy crap I hate not being able to spit in a mini sink. They said it was cause of Covid really my old dentist still has mini sinks. Trust me all in all Aspen dental is a corporation not just your run of the mill dentist. Yes technically patient care is better since the treatments are better but all in all this place is like buying a car second your visit is over they trying to sell you on a bunch of stuff. Itâs greed for sure granted deep cleaning is good to get but shouldnât cost an arm and a leg. Save your money no way would I ever go here every year...
Read moreI went for a dental cleaning and was greeted by friendly staff. They told me that I have to go through a comprehensive exam and complete radiographic imaging as standard procedure and everything would be covered by the insurance and I will not be charged. After the exam they refused to do the dental cleaning before performing their recommended treatment that would cost me above $1000.
I wasted 2 hours walked out without dental cleaning which was the purpose of my visit. Before going out I asked about the payment for the visit. They confirmed everything was covered. One month later I get a bill in my mail box. I call them to explain everything and they respond by saying if I donât pay it will affect my credit score!!
Worst experience ever! Would not recommend anyone to...
