I order from five guys almost on a daily basis at work, I was very excited when one was opened right next to my house. I’ve ordered quite a bit I figured they were new and had to get their footing after the first few bad orders. Tonight for the 3rd time my triple patty cheeseburger order placed through the app and picked up was not done correctly, yet again only 2 patties. Her manager was right there with her to help things move along. The crew in the back was happy and looked like they loved making food. A lively bunch. To the owner- you actually did have a chance to make it right when you read my review and saw the photo of my burger with no Pattie’s on it when I ordered 2.
