The Alley Tea Mansfield — Restaurant in Mansfield

I give this place three stars because I’ve been there three times and each time the drink has not been that good, but I don’t wanna be Harsh.

I went during grand opening, the second day of soft opening, and today. Today I ordered brown sugar crème brûlée and a tiramisu slush milk tea..? I was not a fan of the tiramisu because it just tasted like chocolate milk put in a slush form. There was no coffee flavor or whipped flavor like an actual tiramisu dessert has, It was just lady fingers smooshed at the bottom which tasted disgusting… Not to be mean but it was a weird texture after it was soggy from the drink, and you get an overkill of chocolate powder that isn’t mixed even after shaken.. I was already questionable about it but they don’t really have many creative options other than just teas itself so I was like I’ll try it and it was not it. The crème brûlée was for someone else So I didn’t drink it.

The cashier was really nice though so no hate to her. I possibly won’t be coming back I only wanted to use my coupons that I got from the grand opening, but every single time I’ve tried a drink it wasn’t good. At least it’s...

The barista was extremely rude. I came in and ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea with half a scoop of purple rice and half a scoop of boba. The barista said that they could not do half scoops. I told them that I was willing to pay full price for both toppings, I just wanted less of it in the cup! The barista still denied me! How difficult is it to half scoop a topping??? It’s just half of the spoon! I also noticed that my drink was taking longer than usual. I saw the barista stand around the register. All of a sudden I heard a timer ring. The barista got brewed Jasmine Green Tea and poured it into my cup. I told the barista that I asked for Jasmine Green MILK Tea. I've been looking forward to this Taiwanese bubble tea shop for so long, and I'm so happy it finally opened in Mansfield! Their decor is nice , and the drinks did not disappoint. I know that chain beverage shops often adjust flavors to suit local tastes in different countries. I was curious if the White Peach Oolong Tea and Peach Oolong are the same item, especially since it and the Royal No.9 Milk Tea both won the 2-Star award from the International Taste Institute (ITQI).
