Euro Gourmet — Local services in Maple Grove

I visited this store yesterday and absolutely loved it! Following my Visit, I proceeded to text everyone I know to let them know about this new place and their service! The service is top notch! The lady behind the counter was super nice and helpful, kind and greeted me with a smile. Usually you don’t see that often in Russian stores. Customer Service was awesome! The store is very nice and CLEAN! 👏🏻 Everything is set up neatly and not over crowded with items/products, compared to some other Russian stores. This location is smaller in size, but there are plenty of options for different foods and products being sold. I love their fresh salads that are there, as well as the freshly made soups. They have a 22oz container (I believe that’s the size) of soup for only $5!!! I bought Borsh and my kids absolutely loved it! Kept asking for more! Will have to go back for more soup! There are plenty of variety of soups. The Kalbasa variety options are not as large as compared to other Russian stores, but I was able to get what I wanted/needed and felt that it was just right for the size of the store. They have everything you might need and are looking for in a Russian store. They give you fresh FREE Bread as a “bonus” when you spend over $50. Had an absolutely wonderful first experience. Found some reasonably priced and very unique items you would not find anywhere else locally. I'm not sure if the woman working there is the owner but she was an absolute delight. Very helpful, informative, kind, and easy to talk to and even joke with. I rarely write reviews but this place absolutely warrants it. Will almost certainly find something here you will like enough to make you frequent it. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 out of 5 is that it is quite a small shop without the large selection, but that may honestly be a good thing and adds to the charm. This is not the first time when they sell bad food that was either long ago expired or was not stored properly and got bad Very Very unhappy with them right now i hot this candy for my 87 old Grandma and my kids and what a surprise it was when I opened one and it had live worms inside . Makes me wonder if my kids or Grandma ate one of this worms . There are many other europian stores around here so you guys should improve your service to the higher level if you want to stay in business This is not Russia where you can still sell expired food and get away with this...
