Alright I hate even having to make a post like this especially when businesses are struggling due to Covid.
I need to let the next person know what you may experience while attempting to get a massage.
And I would like you all to know I always try to find the positive in even the worst situations.
So I walk in and I was greeted by a dog. Well I like dogs not the worst thing. It was a nice dog. Although odd...
I came 15 minutes early to my appointment. Right away I paid and gave a 20.00$ tip for an hour deep tissue massage. Noting I had been a faithful customer some time ago and I had fairly good massages. Sometimes hit or miss.
Right away I was put into my massage room. And they had told me It would be 15 minute wait. Fair enough I said I'm 15 minutes early.
4pm came around and she told me it would be 5 min. She came in again told me another 5 mins. Ok I thought to my self she's running behind. Anyways she came in 10 min after and started.
By the way her name is TT. She asked me medium or hard. Of course I said hard. I am a contractor and have a tight back. She said alright I will walk on your back. In my mind I thought awesome this is going to be a good one.
She walked on my back for roughly 5 to 10 minutes dropped down and started her massage. It was sorta ok. About when she made it to my legs her cell phone rang. She asked if she could answer it. I said sure. She talked for 3 to 5 min while she was kind of working on my legs.
She politely said sorry and kept working on my legs. I had noticed she was only using one hand. So I peaked out of the corner of my eye and noticed she was texting with whom ever as she was giving me a 1 hand massage.
As she made it to my arms the pressure was so weak I could have done a better job with my at home back massager.
She did the rest of my Front side arms and legs like a little rub down. I didn't even know what to think at this point. I am not saying every therapist is this way. I am only stating my...
Read moreThe massage is AMAZING. There is no small talk. These ladies get right to work and work hard. I love the variety of massage, stretching and pressure. that they apply. I would give it a 5 star, except there are a few things that were bothersome. You have to pay before the massage. I don't like adding a tip BEFORE a massage. Doesn't make sense. Next time Ill bring cash for the tip and pay after. Second, I have been there four times and this last time it was kind of odd. I saw Coco (Spelling?) and she did an amazing job. But the last 15 minutes or so of the massage she cracked open the door and was talking to another worker who was at the desk, while massaging me. The room I was in was in front by the entrance. It felt a little weird since I was naked (under a sheet of course!). and the door was open. She also ended the massage abruptly, which was fine as my hour was up. The odd thing is she was in the middle of finishing my right leg/foot and just stopped. I know that sounds petty, but normally they would finish what they were working on. This being said, I believe I will go back as the prices are very reasonable and the ladies do a great job. I just hope they fix a few of these 'minor' issues as it could cause some customers to...
Read moreI visited your location today, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. As soon as I arrived, I was asked to pay before even being greeted or welcomed, which felt impersonal and unprofessional.
After paying, I was taken to a room where a staff member began the massage. I explained that I had muscle pain and needed a strong massage, but instead, she was barely touching me. When I asked her to apply more pressure, she used her nails instead, which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate.
To make things worse, at one point she stepped on my back in a painful and unsafe way. Overall, the service was poor, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated.
I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of service for...
