The customer service here is horrible. I was trying to search for some shirts i liked and its very hard to find the shirt you’re looking for with the set up. I had a very rude interaction with one of the workers yelling at me, she said “so you’re gonna mess up all the clothing on the shelves and not buy anything” I am not obligated to buy anything, i think it was very rude of her to complain about doing her job, does she not expect people to look through...

This store is closed every time I come to it during their posted hours online. One time they thought to put a piece of paper at least stating business hours, but I came back during a time they previously stated they would be open. Website says they open at 10:00 but won’t open until 11:00. I was in the area earlier and killed time to wait for it open. Then saw sign on door says they open at 11:00 as worker walked up. I just needed a present for a bday party tonight, but she denied me service. What a waste of my time! Do better Spencer’s! Especially if the worker is there along with a paying customer.
