I was here on April 18(so not too long ago) and all I’m gonna say is I’m gonna go to different burger places from now on and I’m gonna tell you why. It’s gonna be a bit lengthy.
Your burgers and everything over here is way overpriced or at least feels like it, are you trying to be a fancy restaurant?
Your portions seem smallish(similar to a fancy restaurant if they served burgers) I mean, are they trying to be a fancy fast food restaurant?
Speaking of other portions, the size of your shakes always is small, even if you request the largest. For 2 and 3 I suggest you make your portions a bit bigger like five guys Culver’s Burger King, McDonald’s Arby’s and Wendy’s at least they have good portions even though I hate the last four. Whenever I go to at the variable Culver’s, at least they have good portions for their burgers
And 4. Your customer service needs work, at other places that isn’t Shake shack they have better service in fact more superior.
Anyways, all I’m gonna say is I’m gonna try other burger places like five guys and or Culver’s plus their fries over there at five guys and or Culver’s is a lot more rad and less boring than here. Plus their customer service is top-notch unlike here.(don’t know if any other shake shacks are like this as well because I’ve only been to this one since I live close to this one). not my first time at the Shake shack but definitely my last and I should’ve made it my last when I came by last year and used one of your kiosks to order food, but you guys don’t have an option to swipe a credit card(I have a credit card that you don’t insert but rather swipe which I know seems rare kind of these days, but not everybody has a card you could just insert) therefore I had to use the front cashier in order to swipe which seemed very inconvenient so because of this I’m not gonna go to any other shake shack unless they fix this to where I could swipe my card but since it’s been a year since I’ve complained that nothing has happened I’m not gonna bother complaining again because again it’s gonna go nowhere. You should do better and I shouldn’t have to email you guys about this You should be reading the reviews especially if people are complaining about the kiosks.
So like I said, I’m gonna try other burger places from now on which include Culver’s five guys and as an added bonus smash burger. The day I come back to Shake shack will be a cold day in hell I’ll tell you that much. And I will recommend(bay FORCE) my friends to not shake shack anymore especially that maple Grove location ever again. You brought this on yourself shake shack I’ve complained before and you guys did nothing. I’ve done everything you told me to email the receipts and everything, but that was all last year. Anyways, goodbye shake shack and hello Culver’s five guys Freddy’s Culvers etc burger places
Oh, and before I get the typical response of “ we want to do better. Can you please email us at this link and copy your review and receipt so we can make it better for you “ I’m not gonna do that. You’ve...

The prices on the menu blew me away. There are no combos so you have to order things individually. I ordered the basic single Shake Shack Burger and a strawberry shake (cost was just under $13.00). It was not too crowded, there were only three cars ahead of me at the pick-up window. Since this is the drive-thru, they could probably assume most people are taking these home. The burger was not wrapped. It was in an open bag like you'd normally get French fries in, and then placed on its side in the huge large bags they use for to-go orders. Of course it leaked all over and left a mess inside the bag. It was also lukewarm when I got it, not sure how that happened, since the time to pick it up after ordering was brief.
When I asked for a receipt, apparently I should have specified MY receipt, because she just handed me someone else's receipt (with their credit card's last four digits), and then went back to laughing with the co-workers.
Other than being not too hot and incredibly messy as it dripped all over the inside of the bag, it didn't taste bad, but nothing special (although the bun was exceptionally good), and there was a pretty substantial piece of gristle in it. It was also quite small considering it was almost $7 for just the burger. The shake didn't have any actual fruit in it. I think they won't be giving Culver's any...
Read moreReview for Shake Shack - Maple Grove (Drive-Thru) Date of Visit: Tuesday, June 3rd at 1:38 PM
I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience today at the Shake Shack drive-thru in Maple Grove was frustrating enough that I feel like it needs to be said.
First off, the customer service was flat-out disappointing. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, the employee’s voice came across snappy and impatient—like I was a burden for simply trying to place an order. There was zero friendliness, zero effort to make the experience pleasant. It felt rushed and borderline rude.
What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of attitude or long wait at this location. It seems like every single visit through the drive-thru takes way longer than it should, no matter the time of day or how many cars are in line. Today, it was just after lunch rush—1:38 PM on a Tuesday—and yet the service still crawled, both at the speaker and at the window.
It honestly feels like management is asleep at the wheel here. There’s been no visible improvement in the service over the past several months, and clearly nothing is being done to correct the unprofessional attitude or speed issues. At this point, it comes off like nobody in charge actually cares about the customer experience.
Shake Shack is known for good food, but this location really doesn’t live up to the standard when it comes to service. If management reads this: please step up. Your...
