Grabbed a vape today for a friend and coke to find out they sell bootleg “elf bar” and o work down the street and I called to trade it for another one and it was never opened still sealed and the guy said they do not do returns… o just paid for it 5 mins before and the box was never opened at all still sealed and was told all sales final they do not do refunds … I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to to a swap for another brand and they don’t even honor any of that once you pay you’re on your own!! This is bad business and we buy 3 vapes a week easy and we will never buy from here again… rookie azz terrible service ! I normally support Black-owned businesses, but unfortunately, my experience at this store was very disappointing. When I walked in, two women came out from the back—one of them was in the process of taking out her braids, which I found very unprofessional, unsanitary, and not something customers should have to witness in a place of business.

Throughout my brief visit, the staff was rude and dismissive, and the overall customer service was lacking. There was no greeting, no offer of help, and the atmosphere felt more like an inconvenience than a place that welcomes customers.

I believe in giving feedback in hopes that it leads to improvement, but as it stands now, I would not return or recommend this business based on how I was treated. Not to mention that they were blocking the board and it was hard for me to see the name of the different weeds smh please do better I really just wanted to turn around and go to another dispensary…. Maybe somewhere in a white neighborhood where I would’ve been treated and greeted with respect...

Defective vapes STAY AWAY!!! I went shopping here for Cannabis vapes, the vape I was sold stopped functioning after 1 day of use it was there most expensive vape product and when I asked for customer service or a repair I was denied by the business management, (they did not even offer to look at the defective product or try to fix it) and was not given any alternatives to service, very very bad customer service I will not be back and I will be telling all my friends to stay away, very disappointed especially since I was a weekly customer until I was sold a defective product.
