I have had business with them since 2009 and loved the service there, even referred them. I came in to purchase a living room set and was happy with the young lady who helped us but the manager inexcusably publicly embarrassed me and my husband. He started by informing me, a full time nursing student, that I basically alone didn't make enough and asked my husband to retrieve his pay stubs from home, which we understand. When we returned, after driving to get it, the SALES LADY informed us that because I didn't make enough, we were ineligible for a few more pcs of furniture with the difference of $20 a month. Even though my husband makes more than enough for both of us. Basically we were REDLINED (which is ILLEGAL) because we didn't come in with the appearance of wealth. He was loud and inconsiderate in explaining his point of view, making us feel like we insulted him by coming there. We are a family trying to do what we can so we can progress in life and because we know our worth, we refused the entire transaction than to be belittled for the sake of a $20 difference a month for furniture. I ordered a chair on the 8th which would be the second purchaseI have made from you allina the last year, and Finaly 16 days later it was suposed to be delivered, I received a call at 9:54am saying I was 2nd on the delivery list. Almost 5 hours later no knocks or calls, I decide to call them, and they tell me that they tried to call me, twice, which as you can see in the call log attached is a lie, they didn't even knock on my door. And are telling me they can not deliver it today or tomorrow, my only days off so now I have to wait till next Saturday because I dont get off work untill after 5pm. So I have already paid to start the lease a d it's going to be 23 days before its actually delivered....and on top of that the Account manager was laughing at the fact that I was upset after she lied directly to me about calling me.
