Cheryl's Herbs — Local services in Maplewood

This is a hard review to leave because I really wanted to fall in love with Cheryl’s Herbs, but I found my recent visit discouraging.

I recently bought a diffuser and have very little knowledge of essential oils. I thought that instead of taking a chance online, I could get more information and give profit to a small business.

I walked into the shop for the first time on a Thursday at 1:00 and wasn’t acknowledged for over 20 minutes. There was only 2 people working in the entire store, which was surprisingly busy.

As I was walking around and exploring their essential oil sample area, other people kept walking in and getting serviced before me (still nothing had been said to me).

I finally stood at the counter hoping to get the attention of someone for help. After about 35 minutes, a woman came over and offered assistance. I explained to her my novice experience and received some help.

When it came time to finally purchase the oils, almost all the ones I was interested in were not available or not poured. I waited over 30 minutes to get 3 small bottles.

While waiting, I was asking the employee fairly simple questions about oils and diffusers. She either didn’t know the answer or gave me a very incorrect one.

I spent about an hour and a half at this shop and spent about less than 10 minutes being acknowledged and helped by someone. I was really disappointed.

I may try again, to see if anything changes, or to get the oils I actually wanted, but if you’re a first time customer who may actually have questions and need support, plan to spend about...

I had the privilege of Cheryls Herbs Hosting me for an event on Perimenopause. The space is wonderful and Tiffany and her staff are amazing to work with! Cheryls Herbs has multiple spaces to host events. As a Holistic Health Coach it is wonderful to find like minded business owners to partner with and support each other in expanding our vision for the community!

Aside from the event and the event space the care their team puts in to every product that lines the shelves is unbeatable. The staff is helpful and educated and can direct you to the best products for you!

They have wonderful teas, herbals, botanicals, beauty, pet care and more!

I added Cheryl’s herbs to my business for several reasons. The main reason was their instant reach out to me and seeing the confidence they have in their product. Bill has been absolutely amazing to work with. He definitely went above and beyond. I code the business in a box and WOW! I have tried some of the items and so far they are amazing. I hope my customers take the leap to a more all natural way of life too. If ur a small business I highly recommend choosing them because they truly care about u and ur business.
