I called Today (11/25/20) at 10 am to order two (2) last minute arrangements to be delivered - SAME DAY - for an anniversary present and a seasonal arrangement for thanksgiving.

We spoke for only 5 minutes and it felt like I had the same service you'd get when planning a wedding. She helped materialize these flowers out of thin air, on such short notice. I'm not sure how but I felt totally at ease from her voice to her professionalism and a sense that she cared. She didn't rush me once, even being so busy this close to the holidays.

I'd called/reached out to a few places who were booked/closed this whole week and Lotus saved the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My bf was extremely surprised and overjoyed by the delivery. They called to advise they were dropping off and confirm receipt.

She was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The service was good - they took my order over the phone and waited for me past closing time as I was late to pick it up. The product was underwhelming - I ordered the "statement-maker" and what I got looked like something for a quarter of a price (taking one star off). The flowers did not look fresh either (taking another).
