Hooks Fish and Chips — Restaurant in Saint Paul

The absolute worst place ever!!?very expensive to be so BAD I ordered fish shrimp my son chicken wings and my daughter pizza puff with fries… I alsi ordered a meat rice plate they gave me a sandwich horrible to the taste also All well done.. well everything was under cooked so gross my daughter started to have an allergic reaction so I took precautions then I had a chance I called so rude the guy gets on the phone I told him I didn’t order a sandwich I ordered rice also I asked did they fry everything together I said you can’t do that he said next time tell us someone is allergic to shrimp then we won’t make it…. I said what are you serious he started yelling at me as if I was just a complaining customer.. I was not yelling or being rude he proceeded to yell and talk over me!I don’t. Understand if your going to be in particular locations you need to adapt with all sorts of people you. And put judgement on your customers who have darker skin.. who cares what you experienced with major A hole that drove you nuts that person does not define everyone and then to call me a liar and tell me I did not order rice I ordered a Sandwhich which I’m on a strict no carb situation right now I did not get what I ordered and how CAN SOMEONE GET AHOLD OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT this guy IS TRULLY FOING TO LORD FORBID BUT WILL SERIOUSLY INJURE A PERSON CAUSE HE DOESNT CARE AT ALL ABOUT OTHERS WELL BEING.. he told us to bring it all back not touched at all and he may give a refund for a huge over paid Undercooked disgusting food past them up please someone call them in they need to text...

Super rude expirence. Called at 920pm to place an order (website and Google says they close at 10pm) I try and place my order he says we close in 10mins how long till your here. I told him less then 5 mins because I live close. He asks if I'll be paying with a card I told him I only had cash. He said we close in 10 I told him I'll be there in a second I live down the street He said a lady said she lived behind the store he dropped fries she never came (I'm not that lady though 🤔) card only and hung up on me... I pulled up to the restaurant 60 seconds later because I live close and asked them man why he was so rude to me on the phone and hung up on me he had a big smile the entire time he was trying to "explain" himself and then tried to tell me the website says closes at 930 which is a lie. It has one set of hours 2 locations. Either way he could've taken my name and my number down and if I never arrived got me on my next visit. But I was just trying to order some food and be right there. If your gonna take orders over the phone do it professionally and be polite. Customer Service goes a LONG way... love their food (most of the time) sad to say I'm gonna be driving elsewhere for my...

Upon entering it was okay...clean,quiet and quick however NOT everyone wants a combo dish I said I would like fish & fries so upon reaching my destination I have a combo with chicken. I called and voiced it nicely with Mr. Sayed up until I was told what I ordered and then the killer of bring it back to put it in the freezer and bring it back in when I come back to take a picture of the unwanted meat in the trash and text it to him No this was my first time even trying this place and I do not live near here so no I will not be returning! The next day I called Sayed was willing to refund me $5 of the money spent but the meal was not as good as I was told and the fish breading was coming off I wonder why?? Oh well please take in that you may get returned food after being told to freeze and bring it in next time. Ugh never again will hooks fish and what chips see me again!
