Unbelievable find in the highest quality of meats I have tasted for a long time. Picked up a variety of meats for Valentine's Day and for the week and everything melted in our mouths. I smoked a New York strip and a T-bone Sunday. The next day made stuffed green peppers, Day after that, cooked up their Beef Fajita meat mix and for breakfast cooked up some of their store produced sausage. The best thing is that I can say that Chris the owner couldn't be a nicer person. After talking a while, I felt I was talking to a personal friend. Prices are very reasonable if not cheaper than a box store. All prime cuts and beyond excellent tasting. Went back there again today and he remembered me, and we talked again for a long time. Trust me.... You can't go wrong, and I seriously doubt I will be spending my money on meat products anywhere else but here. We all need to support our small businesses. If you are in the area, check it out. The Walmart's and other box stores take enough of our hard-earned money. Spend it wisely on quality, not cheap low...

I have to be honest: my Whole Foods order was short, and missing the ESSENTIAL beef bones needed to make the beef stock for my ragu recipe, and because said bones were out of stock. Davison to the rescue! I called before venturing out to make sure they had the ~ 5lbs of meaty/marrow bones. BOOM! Billie Jo set everything aside for me and as evidenced by the photo, these bones are going to make one luxurious stock. Stopped in while we were in the area. We didn't need to purchase anything, just wanted to check the place out. Selection looks phenomenal, and customer service is gold-standard. The staff knew we weren't buying anything that day, but still were more than willing to talk us through their products and services. There was no pressure, no awkwardness, just people who seem earnestly proud to work a small business and provide quality meat to the northwest side.
